In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
The Event is open exclusively to directors, executives, and senior officials of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), public enterprises, government departments, statutory bodies, development finance institutions, and other public-sector organisations. The Organiser reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration that does not meet the eligibility criteria, with a full refund issued in such cases.
All prices are in Namibian Dollars (N$), per person, and exclude VAT.

A 10% discount applies to any two-day combination. A 15% discount applies to all three days. Organisations registering 5 or more delegates qualify for a group discount — contact the Organiser directly. All prices are inclusive of programme materials, Celagenix® Corporate Academy LMS access, certificates of completion, refreshments, and lunch. VAT will be applied where applicable in accordance with Namibian tax legislation. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of a signed undertaking to attend or a Purchase Order. Payment is due within 10 business days of invoice date and must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@celagenix.com. The following refund schedule applies:

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of the written cancellation request being received and confirmed.
Delegate substitutions — replacing one named delegate with another from the same organisation — are permitted at no additional charge, subject to the following conditions:
The Organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Event programme, speakers, format, or venue. Where material changes are made, registered delegates will be notified with reasonable advance notice.
In the event that the Organiser is required to cancel the Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, government directives, force majeure events, or insufficient registrations — all confirmed delegates will receive a full refund of amounts paid. The Organiser shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by delegates or their organisations as a result of such cancellation, including travel or accommodation costs.
The Organiser is committed to protecting the personal information of all registrants and delegates in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) of South Africa and applicable Namibian data protection provisions.
The Event may be photographed and/or recorded by the Organiser for marketing, educational, and archival purposes. By registering and attending, delegates consent to being included in such photographs and recordings. Delegates who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify the Organiser in writing prior to the Event, and must identify themselves to the Event photographer on the day.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising in connection with the Event, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or anticipated savings. The Organiser's total liability to any delegate or organisation in connection with the Event shall not exceed the amount paid by that organisation for registration. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to mediation before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. The courts of the Republic of Namibia shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved by mediation.
