Her professional experience spans banking, legal services, strategy, business process management, organisational performance, customer experience and governance. She has contributed to Namibia’s National Digital Strategy and serves as an external facilitator and consultant at NIPAM, as well as an executive education facilitator at the NUST Business School. She is a BPM specialist, ABPMP member, Doctorate candidate, mentor and experienced board member with exposure to governance, oversight and committee leadership.

A Governance and Legal Practitioner with over a decade of experience, guided by her Boardroom‑Boredroom‑Broadroom™ philosophy. Founding Executive Director of the Namibia Institute of Corporate Governance (NICG) and Principal of Vincia & Co. Incorporated, she sits on the boards of Nednamibia Life Assurance, the Electricity Control Board, and chairs the CAF First Instance Body Licencing Committee. She serves on the Presidential Task Force on Economic Recovery and is a former director of NAMPORT and the SADC-LA. A governance columnist for The Namibian, published co-author, and two-time award nominee, she holds an LLM cum laude in Intellectual Property Law from Stellenbosch University and degrees in Law and Accounting from UNAM.

She currently chairs the Audit Committee at Nedbank Namibia and serves as Independent Director of Nictus (Pty) Ltd, and as alternate PPP Committee member at the Ministry of Finance and Public Enterprises.
